OUR CHURCH
At High Mountain Church, we are a community devoted to transformation—heart, mind, body, and soul—through the life, death, and resurrection power of Jesus Christ. We are passionate about equipping the next generation to walk boldly and confidently in the purpose and calling of God.
We are committed to building a lasting legacy of faith, where lives are made new, hope is restored, and the presence and power of Jesus Christ are active within the body of believers.
Our vision is best expressed in the words of the Hebrew prophet Isaiah:
“Come, let us go up to the house of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” —Isaiah 2:3
For us, this is more than a verse—it’s a divine invitation. Together, we are moving upward, pursuing God’s presence, learning His ways, and living lives that reflect His Kingdom here on earth.
OUR DESIRE
Our desire is to be a people who walk in the hope and victory of the resurrection power of Jesus—believing that His Spirit empowers us to grow, to overcome, and to carry His light into every place we go.
Whether through worship, teaching, prayer, or discipleship, everything we do is centered on becoming who God has called us to be and on raising up a generation that is equipped, bold, and unwavering in faith.

High Mountain Church of the Nazarene is a Great Commission church, devoted to being and making Christlike disciples in every nation.
As a Holiness church, we believe in the transforming power of God's grace. Through faith in Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit, God heals our brokenness, breaks the chains of addiction, restores relationships, and empowers us to live beyond the limitations of our humanity.
We are confident that God—through Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit—is continually at work, renewing and transforming the lives of all who believe, receive, and follow Him.
DARREN & CARYN OJEDA
Rev. Darren Ojeda and his wife, Caryn, have been faithfully serving communities and churches across New Jersey for over 30 years. Starting in youth ministry, Darren served as a Youth Pastor and led district-wide youth camps before transitioning to roles as Associate Pastor and Project Manager at Servants Heart Ministries in Wyckoff, NJ. Together, Darren and Caryn have a passion for fostering spiritual growth and creating vibrant, welcoming faith communities.
They are excited to begin this new chapter at High Mountain Church of the Nazarene and look forward to seeing how God will continue to move in and through the church.
